STEP ONE: Free, no-obligation ‘Design Consultation’
Do you want the legs from one design, but the top from another? Do you want a custom colour or a specific size? Do you want to add personal touches? We can incorporate many custom options with little or no impact on price.
Or do you just want a stock item?
Give us your thoughts and we’ll turn them into a no-obligation, free-of-charge ‘Specification Document’, complete with costs, pictures and delivery details.
And rest assured a design consultation is just that. You’ll speak to a designer. We won’t try to hard-sell or push expensive options onto you.
STEP TWO: Order a ‘swatch’ (Free/£150).
If you’d like to see exactly what your chosen colour looks like, or how deep the grain on our wood is, or how meticulously we cut a bevel, why not order a 20cm X 30cm ‘swatch’? We’ll integrate all the key elements of your chosen design (colour, woods, leathers, contrast trims etc) into the swatch to give you a real sense of what the completed item will look like.
Should you go ahead and order, we’ll discount the price of the swatch from your purchase price.
STEP THREE: Book a production slot (50% deposit)
To book a production slot we ask for a deposit of 50% of the purchase price. Payment can be made via the website, or we can invoice you and provide bank details.
As soon as the funds clear we’ll re-confirm the price, delivery date and delivery details set out in the Specification Document.
If you wish, you can elect to receive regular updates and photographs as your build progresses, or you can simply sit back and leave us to it.
STEP FOUR: Final payment (50% of price)
When your build is complete (normally a week to ten days before the agreed delivery date), we’ll contact you to confirm completion. We’ll also send a detailed video of your furniture, and a copy of the Quality Assurance document detailing the exhaustive checks undertaken on it.
If you’re happy, we’ll ask for the final 50% of the purchase price (either over the website or directly to our bank). Once paid, your furniture will be shipped on the agreed date. Deliveries can be made via our own ‘white glove’ installation service (free for most deliveries) or via a third-party courier.
