The Partner is a modern twist on the most old-fashioned of themes: the ‘Partner’s Desk’. That substantial lump of oak and leather that sat in every Dickensian study. The traditional use of an ornately gilded leather panel in the centre of the desk has given way to the stark simplicity of one section of aniline leather centred into the door. And the modern aesthetic is further reinforced with the use of elegantly simple bevels to all edges.
